Work package description

The primary objective of WP1 is to facilitate a seamless execution of the DIAMAS project by supervising its administrative, financial, and legal facets. Additionally, WP1 is responsible for managing and supervising the proper submission of periodic reports to the European Commission. Lastly, it ensures the ethical monitoring of the DIAMAS project by ensuring that all partners comply with EU legislation (GDPR) regarding ethical issues such as the collection and protection of personal data.

D1.1 Data and Research Data Management Plan (DMP/RDMP)

Deadline: October 2022

The DMP outlines how data is to be handled (secured, stored, accessed, preserved) both during the project and after the project is completed.

D1.2 Quality and Risk Management Plan (QRMP)

Deadline: October 2022

The QRMP outlines the actions to be undertaken during the lifetime of the project to ensure the quality of the deliverables (reviewing process) and manage the risks (mitigation measures).

D1.3 Short Policy Brief for Period 1

Deadline: August 2023

The deliverable capitalises on lessons learnt from RP1 and brings them as a policy brief with recommendations to the EC to inform its future policy to support OA institutional publishing.
