UiT The Arctic University of Norway leads the landscape mapping work package. UiT is part of this landscape, operating a mid-sized institutional publishing service, in addition to a near-national data repository and an institutional repository. UiT has also for many years done research on aspects of the structure and workings of the OA publishing landscape, (co-)authoring reports and scholarly articles alone or as part of larger networks.
