Electronic Information for Libraries (EIFL) works with libraries in Europe, Africa and Asia to enable access to knowledge for education, learning, research and sustainable community development. Our vision is a world in which all people have the knowledge they need to achieve their full potential. EIFL was among the original signatories to the Budapest Open Access Initiative, and has been supporting OA journals, repositories and policy developments for over 20 years.

In DIAMAS, EIFL leads maximising and widening impact and IPSP best practices overview tasks; contributes to setting standards and assessing quality gaps, building capacity through knowledge-sharing, exploring and supporting the sustainability of institutional publishing, and providing actionable recommendations for policies and strategies.
